The truth about Longevity
Longevity is all about postponing the unavoidable mortality, right?
It is common but also scientific knowledge that longevity potential hides in our genes and interplays with our way of life.
But which is stronger? Our genes?, our way of life? Bad luck?
And what is more related to that? Health, Money or Good luck?

Based on recent scientific evidence
There is no doubt that the time and place of our birth is a strong determinant of our life potential .There is also no doubt that our lifespan is strongly related to being healthy and how we overcome health challenges.
Recent scientific evidence extrapolates the so called extrinsic mortality, the mortality responsible for deaths caused by factors originating outside the body e.g. accidents, environmental hazards, wars...in order to narrow the answers we are looking for within our body ( genes and lifestyle, the so called factors of intrinsic mortality).
What is most probably accepted as truth nowadays is that our heredity, our genes account for almost 55% of our longevity potential with almost 10 or 14 more years added because of a healthy lifestyle.
The hidden added value in the added years attributed to a Healthy Lifestyle is the quality in the person's life years, hence Qualitative Longevity.
